An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Valuer to join our client based in West Essex. As a Sales Valuer you must be able to handle your own workload, keep on top of any issues and priorities jobs.
Responsibilities
- Conducting accurate property valuations
- Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
- Securing new property listings
- Providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining a high conversion rate
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
- Registering clients and matching requirements
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Successfully negotiating offers
- Accurately measuring properties and producing floor plans
Required Skills
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a residential property sales environment. Valuing experience is essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Proficient with various computer software
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Full driving licence and vehicle

Monday to Friday 9:00am to 6pm
