A great opportunity has arisen for a Letting Procurement Officer to join our client based in Central London, an accredited housing supplier to numerous local authorities across the whole of London.

Responsibilities

  • Arranging and conducting viewings for properties; effective diary management.
  • Identify and approach private sector landlords and promote the business's bespoke Guaranteed Rental services.
  • Working alongside the Lettings Administration department to ensure that all lets are legally compliant and administered effectively.
  • Acquire a sufficient supply of private sector accommodation, providing accommodation of a suitable type, size and location to meet the requirements of clients in housing need.
  • Develop effective marketing and procurement strategies to maximise the number of suitably affordable private rented accommodation available to the business.
  • Provide advice, support and encouragement to landlords with homes to let and increase the number of landlords and letting agencies that work with the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with new and existing landlords and letting agents.
  • Contribute to research and service development of the Housing Solutions team, PRS and Local Lettings Agencies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years Lettings experience.
  • Strong geographical knowledge of London, particularly North and East London area.
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to articulate ideas in a concise way.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment.
  • A desire to progress and challenge yourself continually.
  • Experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Obtain a full valid UK driving licence.

Hours

Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm, Friday 9am – 5pm.

Salary

Basic salary £35,000 + car allowance OTE 55K-60K first year.
