Responsibilities
- Check the diaries daily for property visits, periodic inspections, move‑ins, check‑outs and organise as necessary with the relevant person(s) or company.
- Manage between 110-220 units.
- Take and handle calls for all AST property management related queries.
- Organise gas certificate renewals with relevant contractors.
- Organise electrical certificates and PAT tests.
- Handle and send out all Section notices ensuring they are sent out as required.
- Attend, complete and book in all property visits.
- Enter all invoice details onto the database for maintenance works etc.
- Produce invoices on the database for payment with landlords and email these to the relevant person(s) as applicable.
- Scan files and save documents into data files as necessary.
- Lodge deposits on the Deposit Protection Scheme.
- Book inventories with relevant companies and ensure all inventory details are on the database.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year property management experience as a Property Manager is essential.
- Intermediate computer literacy is highly desirable.
- Experience of lettings/property management software packages would be useful.
- ARLA Qualified would be an advantage.
- Mandarin or Cantonese speaking would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage own workload with priority setting.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm (with occasional Saturday out of hours calls).
Salary: £33,000pa to £36,000 + 10% Commission OTE 37/38K.
