An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join our client based in Billericay, CM12. A leading, vibrant, professional, dynamic and very well-respected estate agency is currently seeking to strengthen their already very successful team.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing and canvassing.
- Generating new instructions.
- Listing new instructions on Rightmove.
- Providing constructive feedback.
- Carrying out viewings.
- Registering applicants.
- Negotiating and taking offers.
Qualifications:
- Must have a proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 18 months experience.
- Well-presented and have excellent customer service skills.
- Be driven and highly motivated to succeed.
- Must be conversant in estate agency practice.
- Possess excellent marketing skills.
The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm with a day off in the week.
Salary range will be: between £18,000pa to £20,000pa basic OTE of around £35,000pa.
