Part Time Branch Lettings Administrator – Waltham Abbey

A successful property company is looking for a passionate, committed, hardworking and capable Lettings Branch Administrator based in the historic market town of Waltham Abbey.

As a Lettings Administrator, you must be able to handle your own workload, keep on top of any issues and priorities jobs as necessary whilst constantly liaising with the maintenance personnel.

  • Key tasks of this role include
  • Arrange and coordinate property viewings, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and communicated to all parties.
  • Prepare and process tenancy move-in documentation, including referencing checks and compliance paperwork.
  • Collate and organise company invoices and financial records for submission to the accountant.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, assisting with day-to-day property management tasks.
  • Maintain and manage the annual holiday schedule, ensuring accurate records of staff leave and absence.
  • Handle general office administration, filing, and correspondence to support the smooth operation of the lettings department.
  • The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills
  • Proven track record in property administration and lettings experience is essential.
  • Must be confident, well-presented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • This is an extremely busy role and needs someone who is highly motivated, passionate about property and capable when working under pressure with the ability to multi-task without compromising on the quality of work or level of service.
  • Salary

Between £18,000pa to £23,000pa pro rata.

Hours

5 days a week part time 4/5 hours a day, 9:30am – 2:30pm or 10am – 3pm.
