We support landlords, leaseholders and residents through clear oversight, structured processes and reliable operational delivery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct property viewings and manage the full lettings process up to tenancy offer
- Coordinate check‑ins, check‑outs, and move‑in preparations
- Prepare tenancy agreements (ASTs) and manage key handover logistics
- Oversee inventories and conduct regular inspections
- Respond to tenant queries professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary
- Maintain clear and up‑to‑date tenancy records and documentation
- Log and triage maintenance issues, escalating to the central team as required
- Coordinate third‑party contractor access for repairs and inspections
- Monitor completion of routine maintenance and compliance tasks (e.g. EICRs, EPCs, gas safety)
- Carry out basic property checks and highlight potential issues
- Maintain records for health & safety and compliance, supporting the main compliance team
- Assist with rent and occupancy tracking, reporting issues to senior management
- Maintain accurate records and logs across the portfolio
- Support back‑office administration using property management software (e.g. Arthur, Fixflo) and Microsoft Excel
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth running of operations
- Ensure all records are kept GDPR‑compliant
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- 2+ years of residential property management or lettings experience
- Strong understanding of tenancy operations and compliance essentials
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time‑management skills
- Comfortable working independently across multiple properties
- Confident using property management software and standard office tools
- Can‑do attitude, with a practical and proactive approach
- Need to drive and have your own car
The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm approx. with 60% site‑based, 40% office‑based.
Salary range will be: £33,000pa to £38,000.
