An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Branch Sales Administrator to join our Client based in Kentish Town, NW5 as a Branch Sales Administrator. Our client is an established and successful Estate Agency and Lettings firm, and they now require a competent and articulate Sales Administrator to support their busy office. This is a varied role as you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Producing property particulars for the Vendor's approval
  • Preparing memorandum of sales letters
  • Preparing window cards and other marketing materials
  • Putting properties onto the relevant portals

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  • Proven track record in property administration
  • Minimum of one to two years’ administrative experience
  • Confident, well-presented with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent IT skills, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task

This Branch Sales Administrator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Salary range will be: £28,000 - 30,000pa.
