Branch Manager – Stoke Newington

A fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Branch Manager has arisen to launch a new branch in North London.

The successful candidate will start from their Wanstead office.

The priority is to appoint an experienced Branch Manager which has strong Lister experience.

You must be capable of listing properties and generating new business.

The candidate must have genuine North London market experience, ideally gained over several years, and strong connections within the local market.

They must know Stoke Newington and the surrounding areas and live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance.

Crucially, they must be able to demonstrate experience in generating valuations—not simply attending valuations provided to them.

This is a new branch launch, so we need someone who can actively create opportunities, build relationships and generate instructions from a cold start.

Responsibilities include but will not be limited to

  • Leading a busy team of four negotiators
  • Management of the branches Sales and Lettings operations
  • Carrying out sales and lettings valuations
  • Uploading new properties and maintaining the marketing database
  • Providing Landlords and Vendors with regular marketing feedback
  • Negotiating sales and lettings offers
  • Handling sales progression

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills

  • Experienced in Residential Sales
  • 3 years experience at Management level
  • Demonstrate a track record of generating their own valuations and instructions
  • Must be confident and articulate
  • Used to working at the upper end of the market
  • Influential and motivational
  • Creative and consultative
  • Real drive and ambition

  • Must be driven and new business focused
  • Clean licence

The hours will be

Monday to Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm One weekday off when working Saturday

  • Salary range will be
  • £30,000pa basican OTE of around £65,000 to £70,000pa

Commission structure

  • 5% selling commission
  • 2.5% commission for generating a valuation
  • Branch Managers also receive 2.5% office commission on sales
  • £100 lettings commission
  • £100 self-generated lettings commission
  • £40 per completed mortgage referral
  • £60 per completed legal referral
  • £5 for each named five-star review

Holiday Entitlement

  • 20 days’ annual leave
