A great opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator has arisen to join a vibrant and well-known Estate Agency based in Kentish Town, NW5. As a Lettings Negotiator you will need to have the ability to build long term business relationships with clients and tenants, be focused and determined in working to targets and a strong team player.

As a Lettings Negotiator you will be undertaking some of the following duties but will not be limited to:

  • Coordinating canvassing activities to generate new business
  • Coordinating property valuations and listings
  • Effectively marketing properties to attract potential tenants
  • Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
  • Maintaining regular contact with landlords, tenants, and other relevant parties
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the branch daily

Candidates should be target-driven and have a strong desire to succeed within a sales environment.

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  • Work well under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Have good interpersonal skills at all levels and communicate effectively
  • Be adaptable
  • Have sound property industry knowledge
  • Able to use Word, Excel, and email to an intermediate standard
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Have access to own car (essential)

This Lettings Negotiator position is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. The hours will be: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturdays 9am – 3:30pm with a day off in the week.

Salary range will be: £22,000pa basic + commission, an OTE of around £30,000-£35,000+
