A Pioneer in London Property Investing & Management in Central London SE1 seeks a Property Asset Manager who can oversee 110–220 units, handle calls, and organise gas/electrical certificates. The role requires Mandarin or Cantonese speaking and at least 1 year of property management experience; ARLA qualification is a plus.
Mon-Fri 9:00–17:30 with occasional Saturdays. Salary £33,000–£36,000 + 10% commission (OTE ~£37k–£38k).
