CNC Service Engineer (Frequent travel to customer sites required) Are you an experienced Service Engineer with a strong background in the machine tool industry? Would you like to work in a very well-established manufacturing company who are market leaders? If so, this may be the opportunity for you. Responsibilities of the Service Engineer are as follows: * Servicing and maintaining our ranges of Machine Tool products. * Attending faults, diagnosing problems, and rectifying machines, replacing parts, as necessary. * Liaising with Technical support, Service Management and Customer Services. * Undertaking planned maintenance of machines. * Identifying parts required and order via Service/Spares department * Explaining machine faults, findings and repairs undertaken to customers. * Good understanding of the needs of our customers * Providing great customer service and achieving high customer satisfaction/ feedback * Identifying sales opportunities and passing these onto the Sales department Experience required for the Service Engineer: * Mechanical engineering apprentice trained.
