RPS is currently working in conjunction with a global aerospace manufacturer who is looking for a CNC Machinist to join their team following a period of growth within the business.
CNC Grinder Requirements:
- Experience with grinding
- Must be self-sufficient and able to set and operate multiple machines
- Demonstrable (3+ years) experience in an aerospace or other highly regulated production environment preferred
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating grinding machines & controls, working with a variety of aerospace super alloys
- Responsible for maintaining production output, cycle times, and all associated documentation
- Perform TPM & 5S duties within the department
- Support quick turnaround innovation tasks
- Contribute to waste elimination and cross-training within the department
