What You'll Be Doing as Quality Assurance Engineer:
- Investigating non-conforming products and leading root cause analysis using tools like 8D, 5Y, PFMEA, and Six Sigma
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve quality issues and drive improvements
- Handling customer returns and ensuring resolution within business KPIs
- Supporting Material Review Board (MRB) activities and First Article Inspection Reports (AS9102)
- Communicating directly with customers and suppliers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
- Analysing quality trends and implementing preventative actions to avoid recurrence
- Supporting documentation updates and process compliance across operations
What You'll Bring as Quality Assurance Engineer:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing quality role
- Proven experience using quality tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, or NADCAP
- Strong communication skills across all levels
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and use MS Office
- Desirable: Six Sigma Green Belt, Q-Pulse, or electroplating experience
