Quality Control Manager – NMB Minebea UK (Lincoln) Are you an experienced Quality professional with strong leadership skills, ready to lead a full Quality Control function and drive world-class standards, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance in a precision engineering environment? Our exclusive client NMB Minebea UK, part of a global manufacturing group with operations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, is renowned for precision engineering and the production of mission-critical components. This Quality Control Manager role is based in Lincoln. You will lead the Quality Control department (20+ engineers and inspectors), ensuring high standards of safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement while embedding a culture of world-class manufacturing and aerospace regulatory compliance across the site.
