What you'll do as a Quality Assurance Manager:
- Ensure the Quality Management System complies with customer, regulatory, and third-party requirements.
- Develop and execute internal audits, analyze quality performance data, and support management reviews.
- Implement APQP/PPAP processes aligned with customer needs and AIAG guidelines.
- Oversee supplier assurance activities, external audits, and coordinate First Article Inspection Reports.
- Support product value stream teams with APQP documentation and assist the Head of Quality in achieving strategic goals.
- Lead investigations and improvement projects related to non-conformities and customer concerns.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned actions on Q-Pulse.
Experience required for the Quality Assurance Manager:
- 5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role in aerospace.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Gage R&R and SPC.
- Writing of Company level Procedures and Working level Instructions.
- Practical experience/knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Gage R&R and capability studies.
- Knowledge of AS9100 Standard.
- Recognised Qualification in Engineering and/or Quality Assurance.
- ISO9000/AS9100 Quality Systems.
