Aerolux, a specialist in premium aircraft galley and cabin equipment, has recently been acquired by a multi-billion dollar engineering business and is preparing to triple in size within three years. To deliver on this ambitious growth, the company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of complex aerospace programs.

As a Project Manager, you’ll coordinate design, production, and supply chain teams to deliver projects on time and within scope for major OEM customers such as Airbus, Bombardier, and Lufthansa. You’ll manage projects from concept and design reviews through qualification and final delivery, ensuring technical integrity and customer satisfaction throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality products

Key Requirements

• Proven Manager experience within aerospace or interiors manufacturing
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical integration
• Skilled in planning, risk management, and reporting
• Familiar with structured project management frameworks (Prince2 preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
