We’re seeking a proactive and detail-driven Production/Operations Coordinator to provide vital support across Design, Production, and Operations. Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll act as a floating resource between teams, helping to organise workflow, manage data, and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
- Provide administrative support across Design, Engineering, and Production functions
- Create and maintain job cards, BOMs, and supporting documentation
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and ERP (Sage 200) integration
- Support the COO with general operational administration
- Manage and analyse data using Excel and SQL
- Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain accuracy and flow of information
The ideal Administrator will have the below skills & experience:
- Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- SQL knowledge essential; experience with Sage 200 desirable
- Highly organised, accurate, and comfortable working across multiple teams
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving ability
