CNC Machinist & Programmer – Large-Scale Precision Engineering
RPS Recruitment is proud to be exclusively partnering with BCW Manufacturing Group to appoint an experienced CNC Machinist and programmer for their advanced engineering facility.
If you’re a skilled CNC Machinist with programming expertise in PowerMill or HyperMill, and have experience with large 3-axis and 5-axis components, this is a high-impact role in a highly respected manufacturing business.
As a key CNC Machinist, you’ll operate large Correa milling machines using Heidenhain controls, delivering parts to exacting tolerances. You’ll also play a hands-on role as a programmer, creating and editing CNC programs for low-volume production and prototype work.
- Machine setup, operation, and adjustment
- CAM programming (offline and at the machine)
- First-off and in-process inspection
- Collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams
As both a CNC Machinist and programmer, you’ll be trusted with complex work, supported by a knowledgeable team, and encouraged to refine and improve processes.
