CNC Machinist & Programmer – Large-Scale Precision Engineering RPS Recruitment is proud to be exclusively partnering with BCW Manufacturing Group to appoint an experienced CNC Machinist and programmer for their advanced engineering facility. If you\’re a skilled CNC Machinist with programming expertise in PowerMill or HyperMill, and have experience with large 3-axis and 5-axis components, this is a high-impact role in a highly respected manufacturing business. As a key CNC Machinist, you’ll operate large Correa milling machines using Heidenhain controls, delivering parts to exacting tolerances. You\’ll also play a hands-on role as a programmer, creating and editing CNC programs for low-volume production and prototype work. Machine setup, operation, and adjustment CAM programming (offline and at the machine) First-off and in-process inspection Collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams As both a CNC Machinist and programmer, you’ll be trusted with complex work, supported by a knowledgeable team, and encouraged to refine and improve processes. 5+ years of experience as a CNC Machinist ~ Confidence with Heidenhain controls and large-bed machines ~ A strong understanding of machining, tooling, and inspection If you’re a detail-driven CNC Machinist and programmer looking for a long-term position with a respected manufacturer, we’d love to hear from you.
