We are seeking a Production Planner to join their dynamic Production Department, an integral role focused on planning, performance improvement, and operational excellence.
About the Role
As a Production Planner, you will be at the heart of production performance, ensuring factory-wide throughput and workflow are optimised across all sections. This is a varied, fast-paced position where analytical thinking meets hands-on teamwork, ideal for someone who thrives on continuous improvement and enjoys influencing performance at every level.
You will be responsible for:
- Planning and monitoring daily production performance across the factory.
- Tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) and implementing improvement measures.
- Collaborating closely with production teams to ensure quality standards and output targets are achieved.
- Conducting performance reviews and updating skills matrices based on real-time data.
- Supporting management with accurate, timely performance reporting and insights.
- Engaging, motivating, and developing team members to drive continuous success.
