Full-time position across 45 days per week. Earliest start: 4:00am. Occasional weekend (Saturday/Sunday) work required. Applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are seeking a highly motivated Baker to join our team. While previous bakery experience is preferred, it is not essential. If you bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, we are committed to investing in your training and development. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in artisan bread and pastry production, including sourdough, within a unique and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Measuring, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Preparing breads and pastries, including doughs, laminated pastries, and fillings (e.g. fruits, savoury fillings, creams, custards, flavoured oils, and spreads)
- Baking and packaging products for service
- Maintaining a clean, organised workspace in line with food safety and hygiene standards
- Ensuring all products meet quality, safety, and hygiene standards before storage or sale
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating with management regarding ordering needs

Salary
Starting at £13.50 an hour, ranging up to £17.00 per hour (dependent on experience). Full-time equivalent: 40 hours per week. All overtime hours are paid.
