RHC is continuously engaged in capital raising, with multiple initiatives ongoing at any given time. As a result, the Capital Markets Group (“CMG”) delivers highly diverse outputs and gains exposure to a broad spectrum of underlying real estate investments, along with a wide array of global institutional investors. To support our efforts we are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our growing team in London.

The role will supporting the capital raising efforts of the CMG team members based in London and Singapore, this role will also closely support the Head of Investor Relations in delivering a high level of investor service and reporting to RHC’s existing investors.

This individual will bring their prior experience working in fast paced capital raising or investor services teams to quickly develop a thorough understanding of the Round Hill business and use this to produce compelling materials for investor consumption (either for marketing purposes or for existing investors such as reporting and investor days). The ability to project manage and work with multiple stakeholders and teams is vital for success.

Responsibilities

Business Development

· Maintaining accurate CMG records for internal management reporting, such as developing and maintaining the prospect trackers in relation to specific products

· Maintaining product data rooms and access rights

· Researching new institutional investors

· Providing market feedback to the investment and portfolio management teams

· Providing project management support to the launch of new products including working with third party advisors and placement agents

· Supporting the production of written materials including pitchbooks, teasers and other marketing materials

· Answering investor Due Diligence requests (working with specialists across the firm), including bespoke information, track record production and other deliverables

Investor Relations

· Support the onboarding and KYC of new investors and periodic refreshers of existing investors

· Support reporting across products and answering ad-hoc investor queries

· Support investor meetings (Individual and AGM / Advisory Committee etc) including materials and follow ups

Skills and experience required:

· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality written work

· Strategic thinking ability for capital raising and maintaining investor relations

· Ability to read broadly, staying current with industry news and trends, and engaging in networking at industry events

· Willingness to contribute to various business areas, including ESG initiatives and supporting other business areas as needed, especially where they intersect with capital raising

· Project management skills

· Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

· Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) – excellent English language skills, with other languages an advantage

· Real estate sector experience & knowledge an advantage

· Experience in project management and capital raising support; familiarity with Salesforce/CRM systems is preferred.

· 3+ years of prior experience
