About the Role
We’re looking for a Creator Campaign Co-ordinator with a love of Dance music and an expertise in short-form video. If you know your way around TikTok, dance music, and online cultures we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll support and run influencer campaigns across music and entertainment, working closely with our Account Managers to bring ideas to life, spot the next wave of creators, and deliver viral campaigns. You’ll also get the chance to attend live music events, connect directly with labels and artists, and be part of the cultural moments shaping today’s music landscape
What You’ll Do
- Run day-to-day campaign operations for music & creator campaigns
- Scout and recommend relevant creators, especially in the dance space
- Track performance, compile reports, and optimise for results
- Liaise with clients and creators across multiple territories (primarily the UK, EU and US)
- Stay ahead of the curve on platform trends and subcultures
- Help keep internal systems up to date (e.g. finance, tracking, CRM)
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on TikTok / Instagram / YouTube knowledge and a genuine interest in short-form culture
- Solid grasp of the dance music creator landscape and popular sounds, artist and events
- Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
- Creative flair and the confidence to contribute ideas
- Experience using editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) is a bonus
- This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone hungry to learn and grow
