  • Help create departmental Profit & Loss reports
  • Process Duty and VAT payments to HMRC
  • Assist with wider cost centre and business performance reporting
  • Monthly payroll processing

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, finance admin, or a similar role
  • Solid working knowledge of Xero
  • Previous experience in a brewery or drinks business is a strong advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude – someone who’s happy rolling up their sleeves in a small but ambitious business
  • Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in the craft beer world is a big plus!
  • Bookkeeping qualification such as AAT is a bonus, but not essential
  • We are a small independent business which believes in sociability, collaboration, inclusivity, and personal development.

Why work with us?

  • Be part of an award-winning brewery that values making a positive impact, treading our own path, and supporting our community.
  • Work in a supportive, friendly environment with real autonomy and flexibility
  • Opportunity to grow with a fast-moving, values-driven company
  • Company pension Scheme
  • 4 weeks per year annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Healthcare plan after one year
  • Beer and Merchandise allowance
  • Staff discount
  • Pizza Fridays!
  • Free onsite parking
  • And of course… there’s great beer
