Location: Brislington, Bristol
Contract: Full-time and part-time
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Basis: Seasonal (12-week contract, October- December)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week full-time. 15-22.5 hours per week part-time. Overtime may be available.
We have a great opportunity for seasonal Warehouse Fulfilment Assistants to join our Warehouse team in Brislington, Bristol.
In this role, you will help us to deliver an excellent level of service for our eCommerce and Wholesale customers.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer-orientated environment. Our eCommerce business is growing rapidly and we\'re looking for people with a positive attitude who can grow with the business and help establish Rough Trade as the Number 1 place to buy records online.
Responsibilities:
- Picking & Packing orders to required standards.
- Receiving & sorting deliveries from suppliers.
- Filing and accurately preparing stock.
- Shipping orders through Royal Mail and other carriers.
- Customer Service. Speaking with customers online & on the phone to resolve issues.
- Stock control to maintain an accurate inventory.
- Maintaining a clean & organised work environment.
The ideal candidate should be organised, hardworking, confident, trustworthy, diligent, and reliable, and should also possess the following skills and experience:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Some experience in a similar environment or customer-facing role.
- Fast learner.
- Positive team member.
- Passionate about delivering an excellent level of customer service - ideally with a passion for Music.
We\'re offering both full-time role (37.5 HPW) and part-time roles. Successful candidates will be able to work a flexible work pattern from Monday to Sunday.
