Up to 9 clinical sessions available. We are looking to hire more than one person. Applications from Drs due to finish GP training by September or newly qualified and experienced GPs welcome. I3 Primary Care Network is seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking GP to join our team at Rotton Park Medical Centre on a fixed-term salaried contract until 31st March 2027. Start date before end of August 2026.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic General Practitioner to join our team at Rotton Park Medical Centre, a small vibrant inner-city training practice. The successful candidate will be based at a single site, working alongside experienced salaried GPs and GP Partners in a supportive collaborative environment. We are supported by an established administrative and nursing team and serve approximately 5000 patients. Clinics are mainly face to face with 15 patients per clinic. Each session is 4 hours and 10 minutes long with 3 hours of patient-facing time and 1 hour 10 minutes of admin time. Home visiting rates are low. There is a comprehensive induction and ongoing clinical support from the team and regular practice meetings.

As a training practice, we host GP registrars, FY2 doctors, and medical students, creating a rich and dynamic setting for professional development. We are currently looking to hire 2 GPs and have up to 9 clinical sessions to offer, with funding available to support this. This role is funded under the NHS Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS).

Main Duties of the Role:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred care across the PCN
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pharmacists, mental health practitioners, and social prescribers
  • Conduct consultations, assessments, and follow-ups with patients
