As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and strategic, operational, and technical solutions; ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value and support our wider transformation agenda. You will play a key role in shaping how Rotork operates by leading the analysis, design, optimisation, and governance of business processes, whilst helping teams successfully navigate change in a fast-paced and evolving environment.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis expertise with proven leadership capability, has experience in steering teams through change, and has the confidence to influence at all levels of the organisation.QualificationsYou will bring:Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a global environmentProven experience in leading and mentoring teamsStrong skills in requirements gathering, process improvement, business analysis, and data-driven decision makingExperience using tools such as Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, or Azure DevOpsA solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologiesExperience supporting business transformation, system implementations, testing, training, and change management activitiesExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationshipsA proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityA relevant degree, along with experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and customer journey mapping, would be highly advantageous.Additional InformationRotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide.Our purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.
