The Vendor Co-ordinator role is an 18 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all ISV-related activities across the D365 program lifecycle
- Own the ISV upgrade planning and execution, ensuring timely and compliant rollouts
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve ISV runbooks and operational documentation
- Track and manage the ISV compatibility matrix across environments and D365 modules
- Collaborate with vendors to stay informed on ISV product roadmaps, release notes, and schedules
- Communicate upcoming ISV changes to relevant business and technical stakeholders
- Work closely with DevOps teams to automate ISV testing processes, reducing manual effort and risk
- Partner with release management and technical leads to ensure ISV updates are properly staged and validated
- Proactively identify risks and issues related to ISV performance, licensing, and future compatibility
- Support change management related to ISV adoption or upgrades
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a large-scale D365 or ERP implementation program, ideally with global reach
- Strong understanding of ISVs in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
- Experience coordinating vendor activities, including upgrades, support, and lifecycle planning
- Technical familiarity with D365 modules, environments, and DevOps tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, LCS)
- Experience writing and reviewing technical runbooks, compatibility documentation, and test plans
- Demonstrated ability to automate or optimize testing and validation processes
- Strong communication skills – able to translate technical updates into business-relevant information
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a structured approach to managing multiple vendors and timelines
Desirable
- Experience with Test Automation tools (e.g., Tosca or Power Platform test frameworks)
- Familiarity with Microsoft\’s ISV Success Program or Partner Center
- Understanding of regulatory or compliance needs for ISV management
