Rotork is seeking an experienced National Service Manager to lead UK service operations, drive growth, and enhance customer satisfaction across the business. Reporting to the Head of Service Development, you will partner with Sector Managers and leaders to deliver profitable performance, resource optimisation, and high service quality.

You will develop leadership capability, manage talent, and steer continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen Rotork's service capability and market share.
