MDM Analyst – Finance & Product (FTC until Dec 2027)

b Overview /b p In this FTC role, you will maintain Finance and Product master data across ERP and business systems, ensuring data quality and governance. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and support continuous improvements of MDM processes. The position offers the chance to help shape a new global function within a market-leading organization. You will work across cross-functional teams to tackle data-related challenges and drive governance standards. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Manage and process master data requests in line with SLAs and governance controls /li li Review and triage requests, ensuring correct actions /li li Maintain Finance and Enterprise Structure master data across business systems /li li Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure data accuracy and integrity /li li Support data quality initiatives, process improvements, and data cleansing activities /li li Train and support master data requesters and approvers /li li Document and continuously improve MDM processes and standards /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Attention to detail /li li Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills /li li Experience with ERP systems, master data, or business process administration is advantageous /li li Proactive approach and enthusiasm for helping shape a new function /li li Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and geographic teams /li li Ability to influence and facilitate others to apply standards /li li Logical and analytical thinking /li li Ability to operate in a fast-paced, change-driven environment /li li Willingness to work across time zones during peak periods /li li Robust MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) /li /ul ul li Attention to detail /li li Stakeholder management /li li Collaborative mindset /li li ERP systems /li li Master data management /li li Data governance /li /ul
