Qualifications

  • Proven experience in site management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Full P&L Responsibility.
  • Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and/or other formal productivity improvement programmes.
  • Outstanding management skills with the ability to coach others towards excellence.
  • Experience of product line introduction and change management.
