Qualifications
- Proven experience in site management within a manufacturing environment.
- Full P&L Responsibility.
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and/or other formal productivity improvement programmes.
- Outstanding management skills with the ability to coach others towards excellence.
- Experience of product line introduction and change management.
