We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Part‑Time HSE & Facilities Administrator (22hrs p/w) to provide administrative, contractor, and systems support to the HSE & Facilities Manager. This role is essential to the safe and efficient day‑to‑day operation of the site and is ideal for someone looking for a part‑time position with responsibility and variety.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractor attendance on site, ensuring activity is well coordinated and disruption is minimised.
- Maintain all contractor documentation, ensuring paperwork is current, compliant, and accurately stored on SharePoint.
- Collate and manage HSE documentation, monitoring compliance against site and Group objectives.
- Support the development of efficient HSE data recording processes to enable timely month‑end Group reporting.
- Coordinate Occupational Health visits and build strong working relationships with service providers.
- Organise training for colleagues using approved training providers, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
About You
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable balancing tasks independently within a part‑time working pattern.
- Confident using systems such as SharePoint and working with data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Previous experience in an administrative, HSE, or facilities environment is desirable but not essential.
