b Overview /b p You will support and optimize our D365 F O finance platform to drive value across a global organisation. You collaborate with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to improve processes, data quality and controls, and support changes through enhancements and testing. This role is part of a global transformation programme that shapes finance processes and governance. You will enable accurate reporting and efficient operations, contributing to a scalable, compliant finance function. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Provide functional support for D365 F O Finance processes and resolve issues /li li Serve as a central point of contact for Finance system queries with IT and external partners /li li Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls and system utilisation /li li Support master data governance, data quality and audit compliance /li li Assist with system enhancements, upgrades and testing, ensuring change adoption /li li Deliver user training, maintain process documentation, and support global Finance rollouts /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Operations or a comparable ERP system /li li Experience of ERP implementations, testing, change management and user support /li li Strong understanding of core Finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) /li li Experience resolving system, process and data-related issues /li li Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills /li li Understanding of master data governance, financial controls and process standardisation /li li Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications /li li Experience in a manufacturing or multi-entity global organisation /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li communication /li li collaboration /li li D365 F O or ERP systems /li li ERP implementations and testing /li li data governance and financial controls /li /ul
