This EUC & Infrastructure Co-ordinator role is an 18 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).

Job Purpose

To manage the planning and execution of end-user technology deployment as part of a global Dynamics 365 (D365) rollout. This role is key to ensuring that physical and technical environments across multiple sites are ready for go-live, supporting a seamless user transition.

Working across internal teams and third-party vendors to manage the supply, configuration, and readiness of end-user devices and supporting network infrastructure. The liaising with local sites to ensure availability of floor plans and layouts, coordinating deliveries, overseeing device provisioning activities, and ensuring alignment with programme milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all EUC and infrastructure planning and deployment activities across global sites for the D365 program.
  • Gather and validate floor plans and physical layouts to support device deployment.
  • Ensure accurate location mapping and requirements gathering for end-user devices and peripherals.
  • Manage the supply, delivery, and logistics of IT equipment to each site.
  • Ensure environmental readiness, such as power, networking, and secure workspace availability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to configure, image, and test devices and equipment.
  • Maintain detailed rollout plans and schedules to align with program timelines.
  • Track equipment readiness, delivery status, and site readiness using structured reporting.
  • Identify and resolve issues or blockers related to device rollout or environmental constraints.
  • Act as the central point of contact for EUC and network activities during deployment phases.
  • Ensure alignment with IT support, security, and infrastructure teams on standards and compliance.
  • Travel to sites as required and flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including aligning with the working hours of overseas sites will be required during key project phases or deployments.

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Proven experience coordinating EUC or IT deployment activities, ideally in a global or multi-site environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise rollouts of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours, including aligning with the working hours of overseas sites will be required during key project phases or deployments.
  • Strong understanding of end-user device provisioning, hardware standards, and basic infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex logistics and multiple workstreams.
  • Experience working with floor plans, site layouts, and facilities planning.
  • Skilled at coordinating between internal IT teams, field engineers, and third-party suppliers.
  • Proficient in using project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, or similar).
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
