We’re looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Training Content Designer to join our team for 6 months and bring our learning vision to life. In this role, you’ll partner with subject matter experts, project managers, and stakeholders across the business to design and develop dynamic training materials that support employee development and drive organisational performance. What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting training needs analyses and skills‑gap assessments to shape meaningful learning solutions
- Designing and developing high-quality training content that aligns with learning objectives and business priorities
- Creating interactive eLearning modules — including assessments and knowledge checks — using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines
- Ensuring all training content is inclusive, accessible, and suitable for diverse audiences across languages and cultures
What you’ll bring:
- A passion for learning and a talent for making content engaging and easy to understand
- Experience with instructional design and eLearning authoring tools
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project‑management skills

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in training content development or instructional design
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia editing software
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
Preferences for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field
- Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- Graphic design or video production experience is a plus
