Are you an experienced quality professional with a passion for driving excellence in the nuclear supply chain? We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality & Development Engineer to ensure our suppliers meet the stringent requirements of CSA N299 and ASME NQA‑1, supporting safe, compliant, and reliable delivery across critical nuclear projects. This is a key role within our organisation, offering the opportunity to influence supplier capability, strengthen regulatory compliance, and contribute to the long‑term success of our nuclear programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead supplier audits and assessments to CSA N299 / ASME NQA‑1.
- Review and approve supplier quality documentation.
- Drive supplier development and continuous improvement.
- Support corrective and preventive actions using RCA tools.
- Validate manufacturing and inspection processes (PPAP, FAI).
- Maintain audit records, traceability, and documentation integrity.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Regulatory teams.
Experience Required
- Experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or auditing.
- Strong understanding of supplier QA processes.
- Nuclear industry experience (NQA‑1 / CSA N299).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication and report‑writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and QMS tools.
