We’re looking for a dynamic Special Projects Lead to spearhead high-impact projects that deliver innovation, operational efficiency, and growth across our product portfolio and business functions. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Rotork’s Growth+ Strategy, partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to make a tangible difference.
What you’ll do
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision‑making.
- Lead complex, cross‑functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Partner with the Head of Business Development on product portfolio fit assessments for acquisition targets and manage integration activities for M&A projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product management, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of business activities and Go‑to‑Market strategies.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, managing risks and dependencies proactively.
- Monitor project performance against KPIs, providing regular updates and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and embedding best practices into future projects.

Qualifications & Technical knowledge:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with Rotork’s markets (flow control, automation) and regulatory landscape is advantageous.
- Knowledge of risk management, financial planning, and stakeholder engagement principles.
