By joining our Graduate Engineering Programme, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the global business and connect the dots to see the bigger picture of enterprise thinking. One of the biggest highlights of this highly tailored two‑year programme is the opportunity for international rotation, alongside gaining real, hands‑on experience across rotations that offer exposure to product research, design and development, manufacturing engineering, product improvement, and servicing.
In the role, you will fulfil the requirements of the development life cycle – from research and concept, through to final manufacture, including the development of new product enhancement features or even new innovative products. Developing and executing design reviews, functional and non‑functional test specifications, and technical records and reports as may be necessary to demonstrate requirements compliance with associated specifications and any relevant standards. Presenting project solutions and analysis results to key stakeholders. Use of continuous improvement tools & technologies to help us advance what we do and how we do it.
The successful candidate will:
- Have, or be expecting to achieve, a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Software Engineering, or a related subject.
