We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent Manager to join our team. This role focuses on end-to-end talent management from Talent Acquisition, talent management, succession planning, to performance management, whilst leveraging technology to build our talent ecosystem to develop a global approach across the business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management across the full lifecycle, a passion for technology, and a strategic mindset to drive global talent initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Working with key stakeholders, design and implement a comprehensive approach to global talent management that aligns with our wider culture and people agenda.
- Optimise talent acquisition processes globally, driving efficiency and ensuring we embed our EVP and DNA across the full candidate experience, working closely with the regional Talent Acquisition Leads to ensure we attract and select key talent.
- Design and implement global talent and performance management frameworks to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Embed the Rotork leadership model aligned to our DNA to measure and assess talent.
- Working with the business partner teams, facilitate succession planning processes for critical roles, ensuring robust pipelines and readiness plans.
- Ensuring leadership and behavioural standards can be measured and impacted across the end-to-end talent ecosystem to embed our culture and DNA.
- Utilize advanced HR technologies and platforms to streamline talent acquisition, development, and retention processes.
- Partnering with our learning team to develop, execute and measure global talent programs to build leadership pipelines and strong career pathways.
- Leverage data analytics to identify talent trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in talent management and acquisition, with a focus on technology integration and global strategy.
- Ability to influence and build relationships across cultures and geographies.
- Strong passion for leveraging technology to drive talent management at a global level.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally experience in building a skills-based organisation.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.
