We are seeking a highly experienced Global Process Owner to own the end‑to‑end PTP and OTC processes. This is a critical global role, responsible for defining process strategy, driving transformation, and delivering a best‑in‑class finance service and user experience across the organisation.
Working closely with senior finance leaders, business stakeholders and external partners, you will design, implement and continuously improve global finance processes, ensuring standardisation, efficiency, scalability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the global transformation, performance and strategic direction of PTP and OTC processes
- Design and deliver process, policy, data, technology and service delivery improvements
- Identify and implement opportunities for simplification, standardisation and automation
- Collaborate with global finance and functional leads to drive end‑to‑end alignment
- Own service performance, including service level management and stakeholder engagement
- Partner with BPO Process Leads to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
- Develop and evolve global finance policies, procedures and enabling technology
- Lead change initiatives and ensure adoption across markets
- Support expansion of services within the Finance Delivery Centre
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a finance process advisor
- Manage one direct report (Accounts Payable Assistant – Transformation)
- University Degree or equivalent
- Previous experience participating in the development of business strategy
- Knowledge of PTP and OTC processes and experience of associated technologies, and data quality applications
- Demonstrated history of recognition as a PTP or OTC expert in Rotork or a previous organisation
- Ability to apply expertise to the most complex problems; coordinating work outside own area of expertise
- Clear, concise, confident, and thorough understanding of the fundamental principles in accounting, and financial statements
