We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Systems Engineer to join our team in Bath. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our organisation's Business Management Systems to ensure the highest standards of product and service quality. You will also support the development and maintenance of business management system documentation, predominantly covering critical standards such as quality, environment, health, and safety. Staying current with industry regulations and standards, you will provide high-quality subject matter expertise and facilitate the delivery of the management review process, preparing necessary information. Additionally, you will adopt a strong coaching mentality when engaging with stakeholders, focusing on the training and development needs of the internal audit team.
