At Rotork, we're looking for an experienced Internal Communications Lead to help connect our people to our purpose, strategy and future. This is more than a communications role. As Internal Communications Lead, you'll help bring Rotork's strategy, priorities and culture to life through clear, engaging communication that helps employees understand what’s happening, why it matters and the role they play in our success. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders across the business, you'll lead internal communications, support change initiatives and create meaningful opportunities for employee engagement, helping to build a more connected, informed and aligned workforce.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement or Corporate Communications within a complex organisation.
  • Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and advising on high-impact communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A strategic mindset combined with the ability to deliver high-quality communications at pace.
  • Experience supporting diverse employee audiences, including operational, field-based or non-digital workforces.
