Rotork UK Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to become a key member of our Quality Department at our Leeds manufacturing facility. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll play a crucial part in strengthening product quality, developing robust processes, and supporting our continued growth.

You’ll work collaboratively across functions, partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance, and embed a strong quality culture throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead investigations into customer complaints, concerns, and internal quality issues
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventative actions (RCCA)
  • Manage supplier quality, including approvals, audits, and supply-chain improvement
  • Support part qualification and change management (PPAP / sample approval)
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, ISO 80079-34, CSA standards
  • Conduct internal and process audits
  • Manage non-conformances across customer, supplier, internal, and audit activities
  • Support continuous improvement and new product introduction (NPI) projects
  • Promote quality awareness and Health & Safety across the business
Qualifications
  • Experienced Quality Engineer within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Experience of Quality System Requirements - ISO 9001 & ISO 80079-34
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confident working cross-functionally and with suppliers
  • Passionate about quality, compliance, and continuous improvement
