The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, this role is positioned within Group IT Business Analyst team. Working together with colleagues, you will collaborate with the business and wider teams to create robust, enduring solutions. These responsibilities are varied and range from analysing existing processes and systems, designing, testing and implementing solutions, and providing training on these solutions to ensure smooth adoption. You will utilise KPI’s and support requests to identify improvements and efficient gains required as well. This role would suit someone with an analytical mind with great relationship building and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to multitask, managing several tasks at once accompanied by a focus on delivery.

Experience Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Business process analysis frameworks, methods, and toolsets.
  • Knowledge of Relationship management, identification, analysis, and monitoring.
  • Experience in developing, leading, and implementing Projects End to End.
  • Experience of Problem management, prioritisation, resolution of issues and acceptance of solutions.
  • Commercial understanding and experience championing value realisation.
