You’ll lead a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, working closely with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across multiple business units. This is a high‑visibility position, requiring strong leadership, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to align complex programmes with strategic business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a portfolio of New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through to delivery.
• Drive programme alignment with Rotork’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Executive Sponsors and Business Leads to ensure stakeholder engagement and programme success.
• Oversee programme resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Ensure adherence to stage‑gate processes, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and change requests to maintain momentum and mitigate challenges.
• Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.

Qualifications & Technical knowledge

• Significant experience delivering complex and critical programmes and projects.
• Proven leadership of large, multi‑disciplinary project teams.
• Experience operating within structured stage gate / product development processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk, complexity, and ambiguity.
• Ability to translate strategic intent into actionable cross‑functional plans.
• Experience working with client and internal stakeholders alongside external vendors and consultants.
• Ability to work effectively within a global matrix organisation, embrace diversity and inspire/influence others to be the best they can be.
• A team player that shares knowledge and insights, but also able to demonstrate a strong level of initiative.
• Solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.
• Can effectively communicate technical information with a non-technical audience when required.
