At Rotork, we’re evolving how we work to strengthen performance, consistency and collaboration across our global engineering and manufacturing business. We’re looking for a Change Management Lead who can ensure our people, processes and systems are aligned to deliver and sustain this transformation – turning strategy into practical, day-to-day reality.
Reporting to the Head of Change Management & Communications, you’ll sit at the heart of our HR function and play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver change across the business. You’ll own and deliver the people and adoption side of multiple change initiatives, getting stuck in to make sure change actually lands and works in practice. In your first 12 months, a major ERP programme will take up around 60% of your time, where you’ll be working closely with operational, engineering and functional teams to get them ready, support adoption and tackle issues as they come up.
A big part of the role is building engagement through both hearts and minds — making sure people understand what’s changing and why, while using strong stakeholder management to keep leaders and teams aligned, on board and moving in the right direction. Beyond that, you’ll be right alongside delivery teams, embedding change into plans, rolling up your sleeves to support teams through the transition, and making sure day-to-day operations keep running smoothly. You’ll create practical tools people can actually use, keep a close eye on how things are landing, and step in quickly if something’s off track.
- Proven experience delivering change on large-scale ERP programmes (SAP, D365 or similar)
- Strong grounding in change methodologies, with the judgement to apply them pragmatically
- Excellent change communications skills across operational, technical and non-digital audiences
- Ability to design practical, workable change approaches in high-pressure environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Able to turn strategy into clear, deliverable action
