AS A REGIONAL MANAGER, you will be responsible for the overall customer experience while working closely with Area Managers to ensure the delivery of contracted services as promised and within budget.

REGIONAL MANAGER DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Manage and direct Overall Customer Experience
  • Direct initial Site Assessments to determine what our program will fix and won’t
  • Lead new customer orientation. Align customer expectations with program deliverables: Who, What, When, Why
  • Manage overall program execution according to SOS
  • Perform regular site audits to ensure quality standards
  • Create and manage Opportunity Pipeline per property
  • Work with customer to establish annual enhancement budget
  • Photo document growth and improvement of key areas per property annually
  • Proactively communicate property issues, upcoming services, etc. with Customers and AMs
  • Oversee prompt response to customer generated issues and manage appropriate resolution
  • Conduct annual contract review and renewal with customers
  • Direct and assist Area Managers daily
  • Work with Area Managers to meet or exceed property GM budgets
  • Participate in meetings and assist Division Manager in overall leadership of the Division
  • Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years related industry experience.
  • Experience in business management, including basic accounting skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
COMPENSATION / BENEFITS:
  • $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year based on experience and industry-specific certifications/licenses

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Horticulture/ Turf Management or a related field is preferred.

WORK CONDITIONS:
  • Must maintain regular and reliable attendance at a level acceptable to the company, including the ability to work overtime, holidays, evenings, or weekends as necessary
  • Extensive driving within designated work areas
  • Must be capable of working outdoors and visiting job sites on a regular basis
