Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Water Restoration Lead Technician based in Birmingham. The Water Restoration Lead Technician will manage water damage restoration projects, carry out mitigation efforts, and document services performed. Daily responsibilities include assessing and stabilizing water-damaged areas, maintaining job site safety, operating equipment, and coordinating with team members to ensure restoration timelines are met. The technician will also communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and explain services.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration
• Experience with Mitigation techniques and project execution
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Knowledge of best practices for handling invasive species in restoration projects
• Valid driver\'s license and ability to operate restoration equipment
• Certification in water damage restoration or similar field (IICRC certification preferred)
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including emergency response situations
