About the Role
At Rotiboy, we’re more than just buns — we’re about creating moments people remember. We are looking for a multidisciplinary Creative Visual Designer to bring our brand to life across physical and digital touchpoints — from playful art toy characters, to eye‑catching product launches, to engaging app visuals. You will play a key role in shaping how customers experience our brand — from art toy characters and packaging, to in‑app visuals and loyalty experiences. If you love mixing creativity + storytelling + design (and a bit of AI & 3D magic), this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Bring Our Brand to Life
- Design visuals for new product launches, campaigns, and in‑store experiences
- Shape and evolve Rotiboy’s look & feel across different touchpoints
- Create visuals that are not just nice — but memorable & shareable
- Create Our Characters
- Design and develop original art toy characters for Rotiboy brand
- Turn ideas into sketches, concepts, and production‑ready artwork
- Help us explore fun ways to bring these characters into products, merch, and campaigns
- Design for Digital Experiences
- Create visuals for our mobile rewards & loyalty app
- Design in‑app banners, icons, and campaign assets
- Work with the team to make the app feel more engaging, fun, and on‑brand
- Use AI & 3D as Creative Tools
- Use AI tools and 3D software (e.g. SketchUp or similar) to explore and visualise ideas faster
- Create mockups, concepts, and presentation visuals
- Support Campaigns & Launches
- Work closely with creative & marketing team to bring campaigns to life
- Turn ideas into strong visuals across social media, stores, and digital platforms
Skills / Competency / Expertise
- Minimum Bachelor of Arts. Fresh graduate is welcomed.
- Any Generative AI certification is preferred.
- Familiar with 3D design & AI tools
- Google UX Design Certification is a plus.
- Strong skills in visual design, illustration, or character design
- Someone who’s creative, curious, and full of ideas
- Experience in F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands is a bonus.
- Exposure to toy design, collectibles, or merchandising
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Motion graphics or animation skills.
- Someone hands‑on and versatile, comfortable working across different mediums (ie print and digital platforms)
- A team player who can collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
- Creative Curiosity — Always exploring trends, tools (AI, 3D, etc.), and new ideas.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency
- Passion for design, culture, and building memorable brand experiences
- Ownership & Independence — Manages projects end‑to‑end with minimal supervision, while keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Strong work ethics — Reliable and accountable, delivering high‑quality work with strong attention to detail.
