What You'll Be Doing:
Leading the front-of-house team during shifts with confidence & good vibes
Keeping service smooth, guests happy, and standards high
Training new team members and being the go-to support for the team
Jumping in wherever needed — host, runner, problem-solver, morale-booster
Keeping an eye on service flow, cleanliness, and general awesomeness
Handling customer feedback like a pro (calm, respectful, and solution-focused)

Experience:
